Lampwork and Locket Heart Trifecta Necklace

Vintage Brass Heart Lockets are crowned with stunning vintage lampwork glass cabochons...It's a homerun and a trifecta!

I got these cabochons from one of my favorite suppliers in the Midwest. He owned a warehouse full of vintage treasures - jewelry findings, stones, and stampings from the distant past. I think I got the last of these amazing black cabs. He has since passed on, but his daughter has taken the reins, so at least the trove isn't lost to dedicated jewelry makers. The lockets are a warm gold tone of brass, so they have been sealed to preserve them just as they are. These two components seem like they were made for each other. Maybe they were?
